NATURE

Returning to what has always been within us.

Nature is not simply the setting where the experience takes place—it becomes an essential part of the process. Silence, open landscapes, forests, the earth, the sea and the natural rhythm of the world help us return to presence, reconnect with ourselves and create the space needed for reflection and inner exploration.

Returning to nature is returning to our essence.

Modern life often takes us away from the rhythms that once shaped our lives. Surrounded by walls, screens, schedules and constant stimulation, we gradually lose touch with silence, with the cycles of light and darkness, with the ground beneath our feet and with the simple ability to be fully present without needing to do anything at all.

As our pace begins to slow, something changes naturally. Breathing becomes deeper. Attention expands. The body starts listening in a different way. What once felt urgent loses its intensity, while emotions, questions and insights that had remained hidden quietly begin to emerge.

We are not visitors to nature. We are part of it.

At BioHumano, nature is never seen as something separate from ourselves. Our bodies are made from the same elements, respond to the same cycles and share the same need for balance. Rebuilding this relationship allows us to remember something essential: we too are nature.

Throughout our retreats, we leave familiar environments behind and enter into direct contact with the natural world. Forest walks, moments of silence, tree connection practices and sensory exercises invite us to recover presence, awaken perception and reconnect with what often goes unnoticed in everyday life.

Conscious movement and magical passes also become part of this process. Rather than repeating movements mechanically, the body becomes a doorway to deeper awareness, helping release tension, restore vitality and strengthen our connection with the space around us.

A tree teaches presence simply by standing still.

In nature there is nothing to prove. The forest does not know our name, our profession, our achievements or our failures. The earth asks nothing of us. And when, even for a moment, we let go of the identities we carry, something deeper has the opportunity to be heard.

Perhaps awakening our potential is not always about adding something new. Perhaps it begins by removing the noise and remembering who we have always been.
